Launching November 6, 2026
Your news, from your street to the world.
Nyusie is a personal audio news brief. It starts with what's happening where you are, then moves outward through your province, your country, your continent and the world, in about ten minutes.

City council backs a new transit line; a wet commute ahead
One brief, five tiers
News in the order it touches your life.
Most news apps start with the biggest headline on the planet. Nyusie starts at your door and works outward, so you hear what matters nearby before the rest of the world.
Local
Your city and region: council votes, transit, schools and what's happening down the street.
Provincial
Your province or state: health, housing, policy and the economy close to home.
National
Your country: the stories that are about home and nowhere else.
Continental
Your neighbours: news from across your continent, and how it lands where you live.
Global
The world: everything beyond your continent, and the events that affect everyone.
How it works
Press play. That's it.
It knows where you are
Your location sets your local tier, and it follows you. Live in one city and work in another? Your afternoon brief covers where you are then.
Listen to your brief
Stories from established news outlets, written and read aloud by AI. Follow along in the transcript, skip a story, or change the speed.
Go deeper when you want
When the brief ends, pick a topic for a short deep dive. Fresh briefs are ready through the day, so you can catch up morning, noon or night.
Topic deep dives
Eight desks, ready when you are.
After your brief, choose a topic and Nyusie puts together a focused audio deep dive on the latest in that area.
